The delivery of the dishes was super punctual, the delivery lady was very friendly and the food is just unbelievably delicious. I think I had never eaten such a good onion roast and the others loved it too (lentils with strings, game goulash and bread dumplings with porcini mushrooms). Thanks and keep it up!

We ordered dinner last night. It got there pretty quickly. The dishes were still warm, and my husband's meat was perfectly fried. Everything tasted very good. Gladly again! ☺️

Delicious! During the lockdown phase, we ordered the onion roast and the venison ragout. Both dishes were very, very tasty and can be absolutely recommended! The order came a little early, but unfortunately both dishes were only lukewarm. Nevertheless, we liked it very much, the portions were adequate and we are happy to be able to go to the restaurant after the lockdown.

We ordered something for home. Venison ragout with spaetzle and pork fillet with mushroom sauce also with spaetzle. The deliveries arrived on time and the food was hot !!! We were very happy about it and the food was delicious. I honestly didn't expect that. The dessert also scored very well. We will definitely order from you again and wish you good nerves during the difficult times :)

I absolutely do not recommend. The driver "couldn't find my bell" when it is clearly there to read. It took 1.5 hours to deliver and he mashed the food, and half of it spilled into the bag and was inedible. incredibly unprofessional, tiny portions, etc. Extremely disappointing and not worth the insane prices.

We ordered for the first time today. Otherwise we will go out to eat right there. We give it 5 out of 5 points. Great service, delicious and warm too. Portions were perfect. It took a little longer than specified by Lieferando but it was all worth the wait. Especially when you consider that delivery service is still a completely new concept. Some pure delivery service providers can take this as an example. So top service, reasonable delivery time and great taste and the food was HOT. Thank you again 👍

Deer was a bit tough, but still tasty. The nut crust was a little too long in the hot oil. A salad could have been included for the price. The service was very attentive. Overall, a recommendation, especially the location of the restaurant is really unique.

They know something about cooking! There were eight of us there, all delighted with the dishes selected! The very good cuisine is supported by a sophisticated ambience and attentive, friendly service. Clear recommendation, we'll go there again.

With a lot of luck we got a table on the terrace. After the excellent Maultaschen we made another reservation for the next day. You can actually eat the same thing twice in a row.

The Maultaschen were very good. The service was friendly and attentive. The surroundings are beautiful and so is the location. Definitely worth a visit.

There is a down-to-earth yet creative cuisine here. Regional and seasonal. In summer you can sit on the terrace. Friendly staff and that also applies to the friendly "boss" couple who had a coffee next to us on their well-deserved afternoon break. In addition, there were other honorable guests, such as the mayor and our country father .. The cocktail for the summer was delicious too.

It seems to be one of the better addresses in Tübingen, so expectations were high. The prices too. Even though all four of us had only chosen the cheaper dishes, we came across € 120. The service was very unfriendly, firstly little and secondly bad. Good Maultaschen are really not that difficult to make. Can't recommend it!

Anyone looking for home-style cuisine is in good hands here. My Wiener Schnitzel with Spätzle was very tasty, as was the Kässpätzle of my companion. The service was unobtrusive and brisk, the prices reasonable, and there was also a wonderful view of the city for free.

Delicious food, good service, fantastic view from the terrace

Not only the food is delicious, but the view from the terrace was amazing! We ended up here because they served LAMB MAULTASCHEN. I didnt eat pork, so this menu was so tempting. The people were also very nice and friendly. It was so cozy we stayed longer than we planned. Would love to visit here again next time I visit Tübingen!

With a view of the old town, you can sit wonderfully on the garden terrace. The menu has something for every guest. The dishes are authentic Swabian and everything is freshly prepared. Varied starters. Potato salad, spaetzle and toll bags homemade and extremely good. Service is friendly and competent. For us the best restaurant with Swabian cuisine and always an experience :)

We ordered for collection and were thrilled. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty. The service on the phone and at the pick-up was extremely friendly. Kudos to the kitchen and service! We will definitely come back.

Great restaurant in Tübingen! Located near the castle, very nice atmosphere and fantastic food.

Great restaurant with nice terrace and view of town below, food was very good German fare, lots of German pasta options ( large portions, very filling). Known for their maultaschen, which is like giant ravioli. We also stayed at the hotel which was beautiful and had great accommodations, most spacious of anywhere we stayed in Germany.

Solid Swabian cuisine, especially the Maultaschen are good. However, the sauce of the suckling pig dish was not good. Draft beer very good. The ambience is nice and the location right by the castle is of course ideal. The terrace with a great view is also great in summer. The wasps are negative here, but the restaurant cannot help. The prices are normal to high, which is why I expect a little more in terms of quality. Most of the food is homemade, but nothing special either. If you can cook it better yourself, I don't have to go to a restaurant at these prices. We were also a bit disappointed in this regard. We also noticed the very different portion sizes, Maultaschen with potato salad will fill you up, with other dishes such as suckling pig you get 4 slices of meat and are almost too much, even though both are priced in the same range. The staff is friendly, but the waiting times for the food were long, although the terrace was only normally visited. Overall a decent 3 stars, depending on the dish it would have deserved 4, but it was too fluctuating for us.

The Maltaschen was excellent. The views fantastic.

I was there with a group of colleagues. Service is excellent, food terrible. For 25 Euros there are much better places to go eating. Sorry but this is what I think.
